The Light Inside

This place is dark.

No room to breathe.

I’m suffocating.

I sat down today to write down some of my feelings in my personal journal because I was feeling pretty frustrated with some things in my life. Before I even really started, words and music started flooding my mind and turned into this song. It isn’t polished, nor does it have music, but the speed at which it poured out of my head and heart and onto the page is a shock to me. I don’t always know where the words come from. But, this time they found me when I needed them.
