Chronic conditions are exhausting, physically and mentally. To help myself, I have been trying new things to start off my day. I have made a number of different energy ball recipes. They have given me a little burst of energy that can’t be replaced with pure sugar or caffeine. So far, these have been my favorites. I am also sticking to more whole foods, such as apple slices, fresh cucumbers, and roasted veggies and it is definitely making an difference.
