The Perfect Chocolate Bar

Strike me dead and call me Ghiradelli, this topic was made for me. I should have been named Chocolate because my blood runs thick with it. I honestly never should have been given chocolate as a child, then maybe I wouldn’t have developed an addiction to the delicious sugary treat.

I have friends that claim no good chocolate comes from the United States, and while I’d love to argue with them, I’ve only ever traveled to Canada.  So, my argument is null and void. I’ve had chocolate from France and Germany and do agree that the darker chocolates that contain spices and seasoning are quite delicious. However, I do appreciate a good chocolate, and in my humble opinion, good chocolate is only made better by adding nuts and maybe cherries and caramel if you’re feeling lucky.
